I have been running around New York City, FlipCam in hand, interviewing women innovators. At Pipeline, our tagline is “Women equal innovation.™” But, what does that actually mean? To find out, I went straight to the source.

Here is what I have discovered so far: 
1. A woman innovator cannot be nailed down. It is in her nature to redefine and reinvent herself.
2. A woman innovator values collaboration as a foundation for any venture. Instead of being competitive, they seek to be open and honest with one another.
3. Women innovators are fearless. They trust their gut and judgment.
